Help, Which Way Is Up? (pic inside)

I'm putting the stock springs back on my Nismo. I just want to confirm which way is up. Does the purple painted dot go up or down? Thanks in advance!

Hey thanks, you too!

The KW springs are like you described, small side up but the stock Nismo spring is the same diameter throughout.

IIRC the more compressed end goes at the bottom. (like they are in the picture.)

The springs have a boxed end and a free end. If you look at the shape of the insulators, you should be able to see. I believe the free end sits on the arm.
