calipers?

Are the base model calipers aluminum and the rotors are 14 inch correct? I am doing research on upgrades and also wonder if slotted rotors can be turned. I have

Default calipers?
Are the base model calipers aluminum and the rotors are 14 inch correct? I am doing research on upgrades and also wonder if slotted rotors can be turned. I have 18in OEM rims on my DD with 67k on the original brakes. THANKS
