Default Correct Specs for OEM Sway Bars?

In the course of doing research on sway bars, I have encountered what appears to be two different sets of specs for the OEM sway bars.

Eibach sway bar set?

Post #3 by zero says that the OEM sway bars are 416 lbs./in. front and 374 lbs./in. rear.

Eibach vs Hotchkis

Post #10 by B&W_Evader says that the OEM sway bars are 560 lbs./in. front and 540 lbs./in. rear.

That's a significant difference. So which one is correct?

torsion rate wise, whiteline probably has the best front/rear combo from all the read.

personally i dont think the Z needs a stiffer rear swaybar, so only swapped the front with 33-35% stiffer using whiteline. another choice is stillen in the middle setting running just the front.
