OEM rear tophats for Koni's?

Amateur hour here....sorry. Installing Koni Yellows front and rear this weekend. On the rear, do you reuse the OEM tophats? Seems like this setup somewhat covers the adjustment wheel. Do you also reuse the white bumpstop which is inside the OEM dust boot? Thanks guys.
