Yes it will throw off the balance. I'd recommend doing both the front and rear as penguin said, won't hurt a thing and will look great and perform even better

If you were to just change out the front with swift springs, you would not be just "lowering the front" you would be screwing up that balance between your front springs and rear springs because the swift springs are matched F/R (as are your OEM springs)-you do not want to mix and match them. Would cause some serious handling issues I am sure.
"Just lowering your front" would be changing the ride height like you could do with coil overs. Lowering springs are not coil overs.
