Toe Adjustment w/ SPL Rear Camber Arms

Mine adjusted fine with the SPL camber arms and BC ER coilovers lowered 1.5".

OK, I am going to state this just to make 100% sure I am understanding correctly (not because I am a complete idiot... most of the time):

The toe adjustment for SPC links comes from the toe bolts not the arms themselves. If I get toe bolts and do the elongation of the slots then I get the same ability to change toe with the SPL links.

Yep. You've got it.

The SPL camber arm only adjusts camber. The arm that the rear spring is sitting in has an eccentric bolt that allows the adjustment of toe. Get toe bolts, elongate that hole, and you won't have any issue. Look at getting a lockout kit for the other bolt. All it does is puts a square washer where your factory camber adjustment is in order to prevent it from slipping and changing anything.
