We sell it with the Wing and not by it self. IF you go to your local toyota dealer they will be happy to order it. Regarding the template, there is no template that comes with the wing. We advice a body shop install the wing. It is very simple, but also a big deal because you will be drilling into your trunk. I am not sure if there is a DYI regarding the wing. Hope that helps.
