Mine said they had shipped but tracking number shows nothing........ Any info?

I emailed you about this. We have been shipping with first class mail for 5 years now and that's just how the service is. Your product will arrive as they all do. If it doesn't, we'll fix it.


I would like to explain the shipping options for those that may not be familiar with them.

First Class- This is an economy service. We don't charge for it. It's so cheap that we absorb the cost in the price of the part. This is not for guys that want their package quick. 3-10 days is what we usually see for shipping. Tracking info isn't always updated step by step. This is normal.

Priority- Usually 2-3 days. We only charge $6 for it. If you want your package quick select this option. Tracking info is usually good. Sometimes the product arrives before the shipping info is updated.
