Note/Edit: I am planning to race the car eventually so it needs to hold me in place better then the stock seat. Also want the submarine slot added to the seat in case I go 5 point in the future. I think the LG1's seem like a good fit and prob an LG1 wide for the passenger to make sure they are comfortable. Height is important as well...I'm 6ft tall and my head feels like its too close to the roof (I.E. I may have helmet issues at stock height).

I hope the seat I listed will be comfortable enough...they look nice and I can get them with a similar material as the stock seats...leather on the outside with suede in the middle.
