Not sure why it hasnt arrived yet. It was a long weekend in Hong Kong and it took a little longer for us to reply to your PM.
We offered you a full refund via PM, and you should still get the package whenever USPS decides to deliver the package. We strive to make our customers happy. Sometimes there is nothing we can do if shipping is delayed. Its not in our control. -Cliff |
