If something fails it has to be a direct result from what you have modified and this needs to be proven, having an exhaust is almost impossible to cause any issues which would void the warranty on anything major. Air intakes on the other hand can be said to change the quality of the air being sucked into the engine causing engine failure... this is higly unlikely though, plus most aftermarket filters provide better filtration than stock....

But i mean in the end of the day, they could blame anything on anhything lol.. just keep the stock parts
