Fuelling requirements

Welcome Robbie. Agree with evse, currently I use BP Ultimate and make sure u use a good engine oil too on your next oil change. Makes all the difference.
Unless u get ur hands on racing fuel or Japanese high octane petrol, stick with premium.

How about chevron/ texaco with techron? Any insight about them?

Just stick to the 98RON octane ones like Shell Vpower, Bp Ultimate, Mobil Synergy and the Vortex 98 stuff. Use 95 octane if you're stuck for supply but just don't fang it too hard. Avoid all cheap "discount" 91 octane crap from Safeway and the like as it'll detonate.

OK thanks for the words of wisdom. I've just filled up with V-Power. Interestingly, i also checked my tyre pressure and found the pressure of the left rear to be very low, approx 160kpa. Dunno if it came out of the showroom like that or if i've got a slow puncture. Will check again tomorrow.
