Oil temp issues - USA issue only??

I tried to push my car for about 10mins..., always rev it up above 5krpm all the time..., then I saw the oil temp climb to 120 celcius. Remember this

Remember this is in winter..., I believed in summer it would easily climb to 140-150 celcius..!!!
