Awesome shopping list!
Make sure you wait till everything has arrived at Bongo and they will consolidate it into one large package/pallet which will work out well. You'll have to pay inport duty at customs but that's unavoidable. Other companies are cheaper for individual items, but for bulk orders like this it'll work in your favour. You may as well chuck in a set of rims!
