Question Bose subwoofer pinout

Hi,

I have a 370Z base and installing a new head unit, door speakers and also bought off a forum member the OEM Bose sub which I would like to use.
Does anyone has information on the pinout of the bose connector? Since I have to run new wires, I just want to make sure I connect them correctly.
I opened up the build in Amp, and as I can see there is a ground, a B+ (seemingly 12V), In+, In- (Line in I guess), another ground and a ON/Off pin, (not sure if that needs to get +12V, or ground supplied to make this thing work.)

Does anyone has any info on it, before I might blow it out?

Thanks

save yourself the trouble. them things are not worth the time and trouble. Buy yourself a nice, pre-loaded, powered sub. Trust me.

I understand, but I am in no way an audiophile and liked the sound coming from it when I test drove the higher up model.

But thank you for your comment, just like to use the OEM setup if possible, maybe later down the road I will upgrade.

B+ is, indeed, power to the sub (B is for battery); In+/In- is the music signal input; On/Off is a signal from the HU telling the sub amp to turn on/off; grounds is grounds. You can verify in the FSM (link in sig).

Thank you very much Sir, looks like I am ready to go ahead. Only thing I can't figure out is in order to turn the amp on, do you need to supply positive or ground to the pin? I assume ground turns it off, and +12V on.

Thanks

I would assume 12V but not sure. FSM will tell you. Or try grounding the pin first; if it doesn't turn on, try B+.
