Are you playing music through bluetooth? If so go into bluetooth settings in the radio and look for the option to change output to all speakers from front only. Kenwood

If so go into bluetooth settings in the radio and look for the option to change output to all speakers from front only. Kenwood sets it up so that all bluetooth audio goes to fronts only by default.
