Back on topic - I had an idea. This is all theory so feel free to tell me if this will not work: If I identify the RGB (and sync) cables going into the factory screen then I should be able to wire those into a new screen. If I can do this, then I just need to add a switchbox which allows me to select the factory input or the car pc. In car pc mode I will be able to use the touchscreen as normal. This does require the RGB signal to be standard but I don't think they would make something bespoke just to be difficult do you? All opinions appreciated
