Not sure on the stock HU but with aftermarket and using the harness adaptor you can definitely add rear speakers. I would very highly recommend you upgrade. I recommend the

Not sure on the stock HU but with aftermarket and using the harness adaptor you can definitely add rear speakers. I would very highly recommend you upgrade. I recommend the Clarion CX501 it looks like stock and adds MP3/Bluetooth handsfree etc.
