With certain phones you have to go back to the bluetooth settings and select the phone and pair it again as an audio device. This was the case with my G2; I paired it for bluetooth phone calls and then had to pair it again for audio. However, with my new Nexus 4, it paired for both calls and audio on first pairing.
Hope that helps. Now if I can just figure out how to get it to tell me who is calling based on my address book when I have an incoming call...
