I have had good and bad luck with optima, had one fail and the next two were fine. Kinetik makes some nice batteries, better than optima IMO however they are

I have had good and bad luck with optima, had one fail and the next two were fine. Kinetik makes some nice batteries, better than optima IMO however they are not going to be "direct fit"
. The only thing you are going to gain from them is as mentioned, longer run time. They will also hold up to more of a load than a standard battery, the diehard gold's are great as well and a little cheaper.
