Default Help! Do I need to bypass bose amp when installing new headunit and subs and amp

Ok so I know theres prolly something on this forum about it but the **** Im finding is so complex to me at least that I cant make heads or tails. I have an 09 with the bose non navi. Im adding a pioneer p2300dvd hu and a alpine amp and 2 alpine subs. When I put the new headunit in and connect the rcas for amp to the sub outs on the back of the headunit will it work or is the garbage factory bose amp gonna screw something up. I had a similar problem with my hummer and its monsoon system and the installer kept saying my amp was bad even after I bought a new amp, finally someone got it to work without having to bypass the amp. Curious if this is possible with the 370z bose system. Im not looking to go to school so refrain from such tech babble and just let me know if somethings gonna get messed up when adding the pioneer. If I have to leave wires disconnected for the rear speakers to the pioneer wiring harness will that work?

By adding a new head unit you provide yourself with fresh pre outs on the back to run your new amps with. You will use the front and rear outputs for the stock bose amp, the other set is sub out and you will use them to run the signal to your new amp.

the pm I sent you reads

"Your new head unit will have a set of sub outputs, they will be used for your new amp and your bose sub should be unplugged.

Also make sure to wire up the remote wire to not only the wiring harnesses blue wire but run a new remote wire to your new amp as well. Make sure you run your new speakers off a new amp and not the bose amp otherwise you will fry it. Make sure to run new speaker wire as well."
