The one in the second picture is the premium radio only available in the Touring its the Bose 6-Disc Radio with all the goodies even SD-Card slot I believe it also has the plug for the ipod in the armrest too. The Nav is a option only available for touring. You can get touring and not opt for Nav.

I will be getting the base with sport package so it wont be an issue for me.
