Suggestions for camera mount.

put some spacers (rubber hoses) on the mount and that should stop the vibration. I use the same thing on my contour mount, let me know if you need a video or pictures

I ended up basically using one of those (I really only needed the ball end for the contour HD). I actually used the one I got due to the suction cup being in better condition but I used the extension I had on my other one (which ended up not working good for my other camcorder) to have a little bit control of the shot I got.

In the end I am pretty happy with it but there is still some slight vibration (possibly from the extension arm) but much better than it was before.

Here is some pictures. Kind of hard to see with the glare on the first one and the fact it was a taken with my phone's camera =(. The first one is from outside and the second one is from the passenger seat inside:
