I just bought an 09 sport\touring with nav and discovered that I cannot plug my ipod in without a special cord from nissan. I've tried to do some research, but

I've tried to do some research, but am still a bit confused on what is the best bang for my money. I really don't want to spend over $100 on a cord just to listen to music through my itouch. Any suggestions on something I can buy that will allow me to play music and videos? Thanks for the help.
