Ok here is what I am thinking/planning.

Get either the small installs done first or the very large ones done first.

Big installs give at least a full day if not 1/4 of a second day to make sure everything is to the customers satisfaction. Just have to make sure to not interfere with your work schedules of family matters.

Payment for hotel and plain ticket can be done a few was I was thinking, each send a check to me for X amount of money, or PP may work.

Hotel as I said does not have to be five star, just as long as I do not get women knocking on my door asking if I want a good time.

Hotel somewhere close to everyone or somewhat in the middle.

Thinking end of November on a Friday and come back the 4th of December? As long as it is not in the middle of December that is just to nuts!!!

Finally I would like the last two days of my stay to relaz and enjoy some of cali.

Last I want a group pics with everyone and their cars. Because this is going to be AWESOME!!
