Default Simple upgrade for base stereo

I always said good things come to those who wait. Well I'm finally fed up with the stock Z stereo. After all the work I've put into it, the car looks great, feels great, the exhaust sounds great but the base stereo absolutely blows. So I've finally decided to address the issue. I'm not going with anything crazy but if those with the base stereo know that anything would be better. Going with an Alpine CDA 105 single din, 6.5" Alpine R components and an Alpine PDX5 amp. Nothing crazy for now but plenty of room to grow should I feel like it. Also can anyways suggest where is the best deal on the steering controls adapter? I'm excited for the parts to come in and then I'll probably hit up Matt and hope he's free sooner than later.

get a doubledin for sure unless you need the lower din space for something. also wire up the PAC remote module and call it a day. might even suggest wiring up a rear view camera as well since you have a larger screen.

I would HIGHLY recommend the Metra Axxess ASWC steering wheel control. I've had both the PAC and the Metra and the Metra is much faster, much sturdier and doesn't require resistors. I hated the PAC unit.

Not feeling a double din, it just screams "break into me." At least with a single din I can take the face plate out and worry a little less.
