just use a 10A. the housing for the add-a-circuit can melt if 15A. unless you're giong to be running a high powered vac from your cig lighter 10A is more

just use a 10A. the housing for the add-a-circuit can melt if 15A. unless you're giong to be running a high powered vac from your cig lighter 10A is more than plenty.
also remember that radar detectors only pull like 1A. you can just solder a fuse in-line and tap directly into a switched 12v.
