I'm starting to lean towards the Pioneer AVIC-f90BT now. There seem to be plenty of them for sale on the internet for around $560.00. I would really like the Kenwood but their current pricing is making me shy away right now.
My only concern with buying the Pioneer is the accuracy of the GPS portion. Pioneer use the Tele Atlas maps and the Kenwood models with Garmin, use Navtech maps. From what I have read and based on my experience with both map sets is that the Navtech maps are more accurate for North America and the Tele Atlas maps are better for europe. At least with the portable units they seem to be. Can anyone comment on the navigation portion of both units? Once again thanks for any info, Willie |
