Same here...I'm able to "access" my contacts as well, but someone said something about storing them which I believe would require the hard drive in the nav package. With that said, I think accessing the contacts are too dam slow and I don't even bother anymore and just dial manually and strictly use the bluetooth while talking. If you have similar names, you have to fight the system to recognize which person you meant. Once you get past that, you then have to designate which number. Too might time. They need to team up with Parrot and let them build the bluetooth systems into the cars.
