Default speaker wiring

As for the best connection, solder if you can, some of the high end speakers will have set screws on the mid, so it depends on the speaker too.
The tweeters (focal K2P) already have a wire connection. Is it best to rewire the tweeters (if possible) if I locate the crossovers in the hatch area? I guessing 14 gauge is sufficient.
