Factory Nav Ipod Problem

I want to say the iPod isn't booting up fast enough. When the NAV finally initializes the iPod is still in a power cycle. Do you have any other apple

When the NAV finally initializes the iPod is still in a power cycle. Do you have any other apple products you can swap to verify that it is not the USB interface on the nav?
