Default Will these work?

I found these speakers collecting dust in my garage, will they be good for front speakers? I have a KENWOOD EXCELON KDC-X994, want to pulg and play I don't want to run an amp since I don't no much about matching amps speakers and all. Or what would be a good choice, something that dosent require an amp. I was running a kicker 10" with that amp but the louder volume the bass sounded all bad so im thinking a 12 shallow mount will any shallow work? Thats were i mount it, took the spare and all the stuff out.2011-03-07 18.26.07.jpg

Speakers, not the best, but could work if you have time to make brackets, they aren't the right size to drop in.
Amp and sub should be fine, may not have been tuned right, although that may just have been the sub, not a fan of kicker subs, i would stay with a good 10 though.

I would get some component speakers instead of coaxial speakers. If you are trying to install speakers in a z with bose it is not a plug and play thing if its a base system it is plug and play. But still will need to run new wires for the new tweeter when you get your new set.
