Sounds to me like he took a risk buying something as is on craigslist. He installed it, it was working then it stopped working. That can happen with any unit.

Sounds to me like he took a risk buying something as is on craigslist. He installed it, it was working then it stopped working. That can happen with any unit. That's why I only buy from somewhere with a warranty or return policy. Did u offer any sort of return policy beforehand? If not then you don't have to return it.
