The blue and white wire on the Pioneer is a remote turn on lead for an external amp and needs to be connected to the blue wire from the antenna adapter.
Orange and white on the scosche harness goes to the orange on the Pioneer harness. Not sure where to connect the speed sensor wire I'd like to know also but, the GPS will work without it. You can pick up the reverse signal wire in the wire harness thats in the drivers kick panel next to the fuse box.
