Was the bypass on the factory unit tryed to get a Back-up camera install at Custom Sounds could not get it to work and for a few minutes than it

Was the bypass on the factory unit tryed to get a Back-up camera install at Custom Sounds could not get it to work and for a few minutes than it stops. They had to refund my $ is there a fix to bypass
