Is this GB closed? Would you post to the UK? I have a 2010 and would be after the harness and cam. Confirmed the settings work on my UK car

Is this GB closed? Would you post to the UK?
 I have a 2010 and would be after the harness and cam. Confirmed the settings work on my UK car just a minute ago, can get into diag screen and it turns blue in reverse when set with cam "on".
