Yeah. The carpet does seem a little cheap compared to my old box. I'm prob not gonna have it wrapped again. Didn't affect the performance as far as I can tell.

It would just drive me nuts to see that when I looked at it. I would request a new cover from Zenclosure but thats just me, or I would get something that matches the Z exactly likely.

Hmm. I'll contact zenclosures to see what they can do about it. More problems more money.

I got two Alpine type R's 10" for Zenclosure, they are a great sub for that enclosure.

I personally prefer it to be hidden.

Exactly why I placed the amp under the enclosure, lots of airflow down there very cool also.

I am thinking of cutting in some sort of plexi window into the zenclosure to show the amps down there but only have it visible when the system is on. You could see nothing till the amp lights turned on then it would light up the whole enclosure.

So you had drill it onto the car? What is making the amp not to fall?

I added two small holes to secure the amp to the centre brace in the hatch. Why would the amp fail? I am not putting any additional load on the amp with the Eq-X, the amp is properly grounded through the mounting? Any reasons why it would fail? All wiring has been soldered and shrink wrapped so there would be no shorts or anything.

so you had mount it to the car... the reason why i am asking these random info is because i dont want to drill anything on the car... so thats why i asked about mounting on the enclosure box...

No I did not have to drill anything into the car, I simply glued down a few pieces of 2x2 that I then screwed the amp rack to so no holes were necessary the only reason I moved the Bose amp to where it is now is because I needed an extra 2" for the amp I ordered.

Also if you don't have the bose system then you have none of those parts in that space, so you can just glue straight to the car without having to move any components.
