Backup camera and Reverse light

HELP PLEASE. Basically I just took apart my car again to make sure all the connections are correct. The only think i could possibly think of is that I need

HELP PLEASE.

Basically I just took apart my car again to make sure all the connections are correct. The only think i could possibly think of is that I need to tap into another wire besides the ORANGE one, or i have a broken head unit. I have played around with all the settings. any input will be of some help. thanks
