I just need an ipad and a line driver. I enjoy the simplicity and the smooth UI. I am a techie person People do like the iPad because it is simple. But not everyone gets off on making things complicated. I do not want to spend 1200 on a head unit and have slow response with the touch screen, or nav traffic info that may become outdated. I want a setup that I do not need to strip out every couple of years. If I need to change out the dock because dimensions change or upgrade my ipad (which I will use in more aspects than jut my car) I am down to do so. You also kill two birds with one stone because I do not need two separate devices. Once again It is not for everyone. However whoever chooses to pursue installing this in their car, lets keep this thread on how to accomplish this instead of bashing the idea. That way in the future if someone wants to learn how they do not need to sift through ranting. So anyone find anyone to get this to fit? |
