CD issue

My Kenwood DNX 5140 will play but will not eject a CD. The owners manual instructs me to take it the the Kenwood dealer that installed it which I plan to do next week. Does anyone have a remedy to eject a CD?

Un hook the battery wait 45 seconds to a minute re attach and try again.

i would just remove the thing and get a pioneer.

most kenwoods have small reset button on the face, I think yours is under the volume know, try resetting the unit and go from there.

not acceptable. that would be too easy. you must first remove the headunit from the car and swing it around a few times. then press the reset button accessible without removing the headunit.
