Sub Enclosure for 370Z
 

Any chance that you will manufacture a sub box for a pair of or 8" or 6" subs that are down firing in a ported box in the foam piece located in front of the space tire? The sub enclosure could extend above the rear hatche floor level with the top of the plastic piece under the metal bar. The port could be located under the metal bar. The amp would be located in this area as well.

It is always a possibility.
At this time we have no plans to make one. But If you would like to volunteer for that box we would be happy to entertain the idea.

We have 4 different configurations for subwoofer enclosures for a 350Z... So having multiple options for a 370Z only makes sense.

I would be interested in this as well. I want something stealth and lightweight. I don't need a crazy amount of bass.

my order was processed october 7th..still nothing!!

We are running 3-4 weeks now for getting orders out the door.

What happens is we get back logged as we get multiple orders of the same enclosure, because they need to be done one at a time.

It also does not help that it takes about a week to complete an enclosure.

what amp are you guys running with this...i got the 13inch jl audio..but dont know what amp i should use

amp seems awesome..but wouldnt i only need a 3 channel amp..im not running additional speakers..n that price is a lot lol

Wicked set me up with a nice single channel JL Audio amp (can't remember the model number) until I upgrade the mains and go with the HD900/5.

1. About how long from the time the order goes in until the item arrives, do you currently have much of a back-log?
2. How much would shipping be to MD 20874?
3. Are you still honoring the “370Z” coupon code $120.00 discount for The370Z.com members that are also getting a sub?
4. I have a stock cargo carpet; can I ship that to you so you can cut the hole and sew the trim around the hole? If so, how much would that cost? Is the $129.95 cut-out carpet a modified Nissan carpet?

Too thick believe it or not.
We designed it around the JL 13tw5 which is 2.5" mounting debth.

Wicked I just installed my sytem Rockford 500 with an Alpine Type-R. It sounds allright But I'm not getting good sounding deep base after some research I found that my sub needs 1.25 cu. ft to opertate properly. Do you have anything for me?

The only suggestion I can make is our enclosure with 13Tw5.

I just ordered one with a JL 13TW5 and grill included. I'm going to power it with a JL Audio - XD600/1 which only cost me $299 from onlinecarstereo.com. Should be all the power I need for a single sub. Can't wait to hear it!!!

So how about the cut carpet? Any word on when it will be listed on your website?

It is listed. One of the options under the stealth magic box. Just looked at it.

Ordered my magic box with the JL 13TW5. Looks awesome and I got it super quick. I was wanting to hide as much of my system as I could and this enclosure is perfect for that. Thanks again CAS!

The carpet alone. I ordered my Magic Box back in April of 2010. I just need the carpet.............

They have change suppliers of the carpet and it is very nice.

I just want to order one, lol! I would rather not cut my Z carpet up, since I would loose the Z emblem. Plus I could lay it on top if I want to hide everything.
