Default Bose amp access - do I have to remove all panels?

If all I want to do is access the Bose amp do I have to rip out all the dang panels in the whole car or can I get at it easier than that?

After looking around more, I think it is under the big foam piece "north" of the spare tire. If I can't get the foam out I'll just cut it in half, I am not going to remove all of that plastic just to get the foam out!
