Question about the Touring audip system

Hi i have question about the audio system in 370z Touring model. Can we take out the system and put aftermarket double din? Is there a kit? I am trying

Can we take out the system and put aftermarket double din? Is there a kit? I am trying to go with Alpine W505. If there is no kit I will go for factory navigation(another grand T.T)
