I am interested in this "peel and seal" but then there is this video here about some guy using "Useal" from home depot: Anyone seen this stuff? I'll have to compare it when I see it in person. EDIT: need to stay away from any asphalt based deadeners like "Peel and Seal" as they will smell and/or other unwanted effects.
