It had a burnt smell to it and ended up sending the amp into protection mode. I had it wired Parallel as instructed and the gain was less than 50% and my HU wasn't maxed out either, i don't get it. It shouldn't be clipping at those setting and anything less than that isn't even worth having in car, might as well stay stock. This is the 2nd DVC speaker that has failed, I'm going to try a SVC and if that doesn't work i'm going to trash the whole system and start over Last edited by JC-Nismo; 02-18-2017 at 05:06 PM. |
