Default Questions about radio

Is there a way to upgrade my Nissan factory Bose audio system to the Nissan factory navigation system with streaming bluetooth audio? I have to use that AUX jack for my phone and I hate it. Can I buy a salvaged unit and have it installed? Please advise!

Already asked and answered. Not sure why you felt the need to create another thread

Thanks for the reply. Didn't see the original response. Aftermarket head units use a different mic for the phone (from what I've been told). I've had bad experiences in the past.

External experience. The aftermarket unit I purchased for another vehicle from Car Toys has a microphone that had to be mounted and the feedback from callers is that they can't understand anything I say. My main reason for wanting to upgrade the factory audio system is to be able to stream music and talk hands free. I'd be willing to pay for the premium factory system, but I'd like to know what type of $ I'm looking at.
