Op, Keep checking that wiring. its in there somewhere, I promise you!
Tell me about it. It very hard to explain something to someone when they don't understand what it is you are talking about or describing.

I nominate you to make an install video and to make a FAQ for trouble shooting A/V stuff. You are more verse in it than I.

Hell no! Way too much ground to cover. And then you still do the troubleshooting anyways.

Again, I really appreciate the help from both of you. I didn't have time to mess around with it last night but the weird part of it was, when I was driving home I hit a bumpy patch of the road and the noise went away completely (thanks stiff nismo suspension). Today on the way to work I noticed the feedback coincides with the engine. At idle the noise is fairly audible. Go to about 2-3k RPM in neutral and it goes down a lot but still audible. Also, when going back and fourth between about 1-2k RPM it sounds like the noise from a belt is being somehow put through my speaker on the left? It sounds almost identical to a supercharger belt even so somehow it's getting some engine noise from somewhere and putting it through my door speaker. I read on crutchfield there's some sort of engine noise canceling device you can install, any thoughts?

Hum.. very odd. That sounds like a ground thing but the noise usually increase with increased rpm not lower... Humm. . Is it still only on that one left front or all speakers? That I'm handling this to Ron. I never had one that went down with some rpm increase. I don't want to lead you all over when there is someone else better suited.

Its a ground loop. You don't need an isolator to cancel the noise....it wont work. You have a speaker lead touching ground somewhere. You must follow your wire from amp to speaker..... FIND IT...

Still just the left side. I'll try grounding it somewhere else but the ground location now seems fine. Rights behind the spare tire closer to the driver seat. Scrapped away all the paint and bolted it to the chassy. Might try another ground location unless I hear from someone else first.

go over every inch of the speaker wire leading to that one speaker... Most likely culprits.... Through door Molex area, or behind driver in door.

The speaker wire is not touching anything on the amp side. The sheathing is pretty think as well so the only possible thing I could think of is when putting the plastic panels back on my car it may have cut the wire. Other than that I'm still at a loss on this. Would part of the speaker wire touching metal introduce engine/belt noise like that??

I'll do that tonight or tomorrow with both the left speakers and let you know. Thanks! On a side note, is it possible to get 2 smaller like 4-5" speakers and install those behind the driver and passenger seat? Or hook them to my amp but have the amp running all 5 current speakers and have the HU run the 2 extra speakers.

Started trying to trouble shoot it yesterday. Moved the amp and cables by the amp around it it fixed the problem. Left door speaker sounds a little weaker and doesn't hit as hard as the right but I think that might be due to it not being sealed 100%. Now for the sub box...
