You may or may not need the metra dash kit. A couple of the aftermarket double-dins are fitting just fine with no kit, or the included frames that come with the head unit.
Are these parts ABSOLUTELY necessary or can the unit be installed without these parts..??

I know the antenna adapter will probably be required for the AM/FM radio to work with the stock antenna without having to make a mess with the cabling but is the wire harness adapter absolutely necessary..??

AFAIK, the harness is necessary. You're rigth about the antenna adapter...only necessary for the am/fm tuner functions to work.

Those ebay listings are the parts that work on the 370z, yes. I didn't double check to make sure the ones on Amazon matched the ebay part numbers, so you may want to check that.

Also, someone smarter than me should confirm whether or not you *NEED* those parts.
