The polks will be a good starter set of component speakers however if you are thinking that you will be adding subs later on you should look into a higher

The polks will be a good starter set of component speakers however if you are thinking that you will be adding subs later on you should look into a higher price bracket for your speakers. You also will need to run a new set of speaker wire to at least the tweeter from the new crossover.
