HELP! Head Unit Won't Power Up

So I just finished running everything for my 4100NEX install and the headunit won't power up.

I used heat shrink butt connectors to connect everything between the Pioneer and metra harness -- was this a mistake?

Very frustrated and have to get my car running by the end of the day...

Sorry -- mods please delete -- I am up and running. In my haste, I didn't clip the damn faceplate of the 4100 back in fully. As such, it wasn't powering up...
